Special Message from Dr. Elaine

Dear Subscribers, 

I hope this note finds you well.  It's been quite a winter for most of us in the US, and I must say after shoveling my driveway yet once again today, I am truly ready for spring!

I am thinking about adding a question and answer column, "Ask Dr. Elaine," to the weekly newsletter.  So please send your questions, and I will add them to the list!  You can email me at drelaine@drelaine.com.  While I cannot give medical advice per se, I can answer your questions about any other health related topic.  For example if you ask, "My blood pressure is high and I don't want to take my medicine," I can't answer that.  But if you ask, "What are your thoughts about natural methods for high blood pressure," I can.
